First visit for me, second for my husband. Located in the Mall near Utrecht Centraal Station, this spot offers two menus – generic and special. For an authentic experience, go for the special menu. We savored steamed ribs with black bean & pepper, fried taro with pork & shrimp, and Peking duck with pancakes. Tea accompanied our meal. Every dish was uniquely delicious, with the standout being the steamed ribs, boasting an exceptionally smooth pork flavor. The tea had a sweet, pleasant floral scent. Highly recommended!
I think one of the few authentic Cantonese restaurants around the region. This is really Chinese food and dumplings, not what Dutch people think is Chinese food. Totally recommended if you're looking for something authentic and different. It's preferred to book in advance. The food was super tasty and fresh, the dumplings were well done, with good portions. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We came with two babies and they have child seats. The prices are within range and but too expensive. Definitely coming back.
We had different type of dim sum. The food quality is very good and the service was great. Our favorite is the chicken foot dim sum.
Surprisingly good food, it is located near the central station, but relatively quiet and a bit hard to find find. However, very busy. And the Cantonese food is actually good enough! Popular for family meals obviously. Definitely try the fried taro😋 😋
Great place to have authentic Chinese dishes. The dim sum options contain a lot of options. Their specialty is Cantonese. The interior is very nice! Staff is friendly and the service is great. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant in Utrecht.
I came here so many times and always had great experiences, no matter with friends or just solo. There’s no doubt that I will keep coming for the amazing food.
Last time we came here for dim sum was several years ago (before Covid) so we decided to give it a try.
The interior of the restaurant did not change over the years. Still not a lot of space between tables and with the same Asian decorations, tables and seating.
The quality, portion and taste of the dim sum was quite good. It's a good alternative if you want to meet up at the center of the country instead of traveling all the way to Amsterdam, The Hague or Rotterdam.
We were a bit startled by the pricing though. Perhaps it's happening everywhere now that everything has become more expensive.
I love this place. The staffs are friendly and it's good quality Dim Sum. We ordered too much for two person and spent 3 hours just eating. 😂 highly recommend.
